Construction Phase
The project includes new construction of approximately 260,000 gross square feet on Beasley Oval. The project site is approximately19.3 acres, comprising Beasley Oval and the existing high school building and parking acreage. The configuration of the new construction will feature preferred programmatic adjacencies with three-story L-shaped academic pods, optimized for best fit to avoid phased construction.
